Minigarðurinn reserves the right to cancel bookings, e.g., due to wrong prices or to stop offering products without notice. We reserve the right to confirm bookings by phone.
Delivery of product/service
All bookings are processed on the next weekday after booking. If the product is not available, a service representative will contact you and inform you of planned delivery of the product.
Product price
All prices in the online store are with VAT included if applicable.
Refund policy
Courses, membership fees, tickets to events and gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned.
Refunds for group bookings can take up to 20 days to process.
Security terms (protection of personal information)
The seller promises full confidentiality to the buyer on all information received about the buyer. Information will not under any circumstances be handed to a third party.
Privacy policy
All personal information will be strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to a third party.
Law and address for service
This contract is according to Icelandic law. In the event of a legal dispute, the case shall be resolved in Reykjavik District Court.
Governing law / Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are in accordance with Icelandic law.
